Industrial Cybersecurity Risk Management

We turn cyber risk from an abstract score into a decision-ready scenario connecting assets, threats, weaknesses, existing controls, and consequences

Service scope

  • Likelihood and consequence criteria aligned with risk appetite
  • Risk-scenario development with asset and process owners
  • Selection of treatment, compensating controls, acceptance, or transfer

Practical deliverables

  • Approved risk methodology and matrix
  • Risk register traceable to assets and controls
  • Treatment plan with owner, due date, and residual risk

Decision-ready industrial risk

A risk register has value when each scenario connects to a real asset and process, a decision owner, and an understandable consequence. CVSS, EPSS, and threat intelligence are useful inputs, but they do not replace local consequence and control analysis.

Treatment should document avoidance, reduction, transfer, or acceptance together with compensating controls, cost, dependencies, due dates, and residual risk. Risk acceptance is an informed, time-bound decision—not automatic closure of a finding.
