OT and ICS Cybersecurity Assessment
Our assessment exposes the gap between documented controls and real operation, prioritizing findings by evidence, asset criticality, and business consequence
Service scope
- Interviews, document review, configuration sampling, and control observation
- Assessment of architecture, identity, networks, endpoints, backups, and security processes
- Finding validation with control owners and context-aware risk rating
Practical deliverables
- Executive posture report and key risks
- Technical findings with evidence and corrective actions
- Prioritized roadmap with owners, schedule, and closure criteria
Evidence, not checklist scoring
Assessment starts by defining scope, asset ownership, critical processes, and rules of engagement. Interviews, document review, control observation, configuration sampling, and architecture analysis are connected to expose the gap between written policy and actual operation.
Findings record evidence, affected assets, threat scenarios, consequences, and existing controls. In OT, active testing is performed only with authorization, safety analysis, and rollback; an assessment must not add operational risk merely to prove a weakness.
From findings to a remediation roadmap
Remediation priority combines asset criticality, realistic exploitability, safety and production consequence, current-control effectiveness, and change complexity. Outputs must support executive decisions and remain executable by technical teams.
